solid design for the gooseneck, quite fragile phone holder
I bought this 3 months ago and I am satisfied by its functionality. The gooseneck is very solid, it has a very thick aluminum core and an excellent suction pad. The phone holder does seem a bit fragile but I never abused it. Still, very stylish, you won`t even notice that something is holding your phone :). Tilt it, bend it but be gentile with the phone holder.

Excellent value, great quality
So generally the item is of excellent quality, a real bargain. On all the items you can see "Made in Germany". The plastic is of superior quality, it doesn`t have any vulnerable spots, really thick. 1) GOOSENECK ---- I was surprised at the beginning that the gooseneck was that short but it fits perfect on the car windshield (skoda octavia II), the phone is right at your fingertips (should not be longer). The suction pad is of very good silicone, it sticks to the desk as well (!!!) and stays there for 3-4 hours (I had to go home, didn`t leave it for munch longer :D) 2) PHONE HOLDER ---- The phone holder can be used on the gooseneck as wel as stand-alone phone stand. It is light-weight, has camera, flash and speaker cut-offs. Still be careful with the clip holding the phone. 3) CHARGER AND CABLE ---- The charger does not occupy too much room, it is perfectly designed not to stay in your way. Compact design, HTC logo lights white when it`s plugged in the cigarette socket. The usb cable is quite short if your car has the 12v socket on the console in-between seats. You should grab a USB extension cable if you have a passat. Practically this cable restricts the place where you could stick that suction pad to the middle of the windshield. But YES, I`m definitely gonna buy it again, especially if I knew all this since before I bought it :)

GRIPPER
The Richter/iGrip GRIPPER 3 mini smartphone holder with suction cup and arm worked fine, holds the smartphone in just the right position for normal use or with satnav working, the only think i would like to see is the inclusion of other lengths of bottom support so as to move the phone up or down so that a power lead can be connected to my smartphone, at the moment the D shapped sides clash with the holder ether way up.
